This mod is an edit to the “Horde” mid-game crisis that was introduced with the Stellaris: Apocalypse DLC.
It simply guarantees the event triggering within the first year of the mid-game by setting the “mean time to happen” to one year and removing the time multipliers for different amounts of marauder empires in a galaxy.
